Description of Classes


My classes at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, NY are for everyone who enjoy a hands-on experience learning to make great dishes from the healthy cuisines of the Mediterranean to delectable Turkish specialties fit for sultans’ palates.

The classes that are open to students at all levels of cooking are generally scheduled on weekends. They run for 4 hours and conclude with all participants eating, sharing
thoughts and ideas around a dinner table.

Special Events


Together we can explore the world of international cuisine. I would love to share many of my homeland Turkish dishes, along with feasts from the Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia and even delightful American fare, with my own special touch.

As a Private Chef, I organize and prepare Elegant House Parties, Formal/Informal Lunch, Dinner, Cocktail, Brunch and Tea with Style.

Mind, Body and Spirit connection is a pervasive aspect of my culinary scope.

I run seminars on healthy lifestyles and cooking for organizations and individuals.
They include information session, instructions and demos.

I coordinate cooking classes at homes or other locations by appointment.
