
My classes at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, NY are for everyone who enjoy a hands-on experience learning to make great dishes from the healthy cuisines of the Mediterranean to delectable Turkish specialties fit for sultans palates.

The classes that are open to students at all levels of cooking are generally scheduled on weekends. They run for 4 hours and conclude with all participants eating, sharing
thoughts and ideas around a dinner table.
